Is there a line of movies where the girls are not introduced in exotic or skimpy clothes? I'm looking for something where the girl is in every day relaxed clothes or business attire (pants, sweater and shirt underneath etc.).. something that is visible in everyday life and somewhat more realistic. I understand porn is mostly for fantasy and to break out of everyday life, but women can be extremely sexy in average attire. Any thoughts... or am I way off base here? [Link] |

Walk around any college campus these days and the girls with no makeup, in plain jeans, canvas sneakers and T-shirts are far more appealing than the girls on a porn set. Directors today are clueless. In fact, the thing that got this whole conversation stirred up in me was my average yearly visit to the eye doctor. There were 2 or 3 of the female optomotrist staff who were absolutely stunning in their black business pants and grey sweaters. A little make-up, but just natural beauty and style (which probably reaaally helps the office frame sales!) It seems that since the early to mid 00's, porn has evolved into the 'gonzo' style where (like Nebulous describes in the Ed Powers series) the girls are presented in the same boring, highly lit house and mauve couch. It's like porn has moved away from realism (plots, interesting tease and foreplay like in the 90's features) and morphed into this virtual white abyss that looks the same in every movie. A woman in a "real" business outfit would be nice for a change. Looking around my office, I don't see any girls walking around with a skirt that barely covers her ass (with no panties on), a too-small shirt unbuttoned down to her navel with her bra hanging out, and platform shoes. If they came to porn from stripping, their suitcase has stripper clothes. If they didn't, they wear what they wear when they get up in the morning. Amateur Allure is the closest I can think of to a Western site that does it right; most of the girls there look as if they might be dressed for the office or a date. The Japanese also fill the office niche pretty well. Now, granted, I don't know what a Japanese stripper or hooker looks like, but I look at the office-lady-themed videos and can easily imagine those women working in an office -- even the ones I know are established idols. Even the videos that serve to introduce new JAV porn girls -- debut videos or the First IdeaPocket series, for example, typically show the women in apparel that would not be out of place in a nice restaurant. I mean, on many video sets the girls will sit in a chair and have a makeup artist apply makeup. The everyday woman will usually apply a thin layer of makeup.
