I am a PornFan always have been always will be but I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with some of the pay site's now adays.
My question...How do you get the sites to make corrections to their content?
For instance, I'm a member of Diabolic.com, I've loved their work for years, just joined the site and it's racked with problems, pornstars names are mislabeled, some videos on the site don't work, meaning, they don't stream and you can't download them, their photo zipfiles don't work exc. (why is it always some of my favorites Sasha Grey,Tiffany Holiday,Taylor Rain, exc.)
I've sent messages, got no response...so far nothing has changed.
I'm beginning to notice a pattern here, it's not just Diabolic, others are the same.
I'm a HUGE Jenna Haze fan, i rejoined the site a few months ago only to find that it's gotten pretty rundown, meaning, videos are out of sync with the sound, you download and you only get half the video, zips don't work, site hadn't been updated in over 3months and was told that it would nolonger be updated. (cuz she's retired i guess) but her site was much better 3years ago.
I'm also a member of RealityGang.com, I LOVE Violet Blue but the video they have of her in a 3way is not her...it's been mislabeled and there is no way to contact them and let them know...
And the list goes on Anabolic JulesJordan exc.
More and more sites are just THERE, know one seems to be maintaining them.
What do you do when you have a problem with a site, who do you contact or how do you contact when there's nothing on the site to let you?
and why don't they seem to care?

Because these sites produce little revenue and they know most people get it for free.

I also think that joining a site like Diabolic which is a dead stuio and who's content is already available on a site like Videobox is not likely to turn out well. There are currently 156 Diabolic movies on Videobox and members can access them for less than 15$ a month.

"Dead" adult sites can afford to be half-assed because they only have to convince you to join once, and they don't expect you to maintain your membership for more than one month. You're probably right in thinking there is nobody maintaining them. No point in hiring a webmaster or customer support person; that's just extra expense for no payback.
