The photos you linked to are from North Pole #30.

Two other scenes I've enjoyed (both BJs) are to be found in Deep Throat This #3 and The Oral Adventures of Craven Moorehead #12.

Holly looks very similar in all three of the above scenes.
She's wearing a similar outfit (if not identical) in all three scenes. This is not surprising as Craven Moorehead was directing the Deep Throat This series at the time and has worked closely with Peter North for many years. I'd be willing to bet that his hands are all over the North Pole series too (whether specifically credited or not).

In all three of the above scenes Holly is working exclusively with her SO Troy Halston. For whatever it's worth, I've never seen her work with anyone other than Troy.
