All the castings are done in a less interesting manner and that kind of scene would promote a comfortable foundation for a new girl entering porn. Bang's Pretty and Raw series has this lay out but with popular stars that are already known, if only they could transfer the same thing over to the "Real Teens" series but have like a vlog style following them before they arrive to set or something, I think that would be really cool.
