i loved my job and still do.

it was very hard (very long days, high-stress, and a lot of machism going on in the kitchens of high-class restaurants there) . but it loved every second of it.
it definately made my skin thicker...

food and cooking are passions to me... being in a kitchen makes me happy.
i d love to eventually own my restaurant (french cuisine) and upscale bar in NYC in a few years.
