There have been short lived series like this, but it really isn't an efficient way for a porn star to make money. So it isn't a winning scenario for them.
Especially when you consider most guys wouldn't perform well with the lighting and camera crew, the pressure to get the scene done, etc. Time waster.
That is on top of the obvious fact that most guys wouldn't be in shape and sized right. Lacking those qualities, at least until they are established, means no porn fan would want them near a camera. Necessary evils can only go so far.
They can make far more feature dancing and/or escorting.
No win-win, this really isn't doing them a favor.
