Its also a bit of an intrusion. We are entertained by their sexual personas and/or characters. With all due respect, I'm not sure it gives us access to their private lives.
I think this is all in good fun though not really an invasion of privacy...sort of like speeding and doing 45 in a 40..at least that is how I see it and if you black out the stars real name, I also have a hard time finding a problem. You see movie star yearbook photos all the time what is the big deal?
I don't think that there's anything wrong is a porn star is OK with supplying their own picutres. However, I would certainly have a problem if those photos were with their high school friends. That would be an intrusion to the friends.

(besides the name issue, I admit that is legit reason) It was a public picture seen in over 100-1000 yearbooks depending on class size, almost certainly decided on by them at the time. Its not a picture of them doing an illegal activity. I really don't care to see high school photos of stars, I just want to know why everyone has their panties in a bunch about the privacy issue.

This is not the point , if you by yourself post here a photo of yours is acceptable, but if I post a photo of you without informing you and without your consent this is not acceptable, as i said before if a star post herself a photo I've nothing to say , but if someone else do that i'll ask for moderators to investigate for consent of the star involved.

I have posted child's pictures of porn girls in the mystery babe contest before and I will do so again without any second thoughts, if I could find any. Each and every time I did this, I found the pictures on the sites of the stars in question, in the free area no less, or in published magazines. Apart from copyright issues, why do I need to ask for consent for these kind of pictures?
Well we're speaking about school photos and it was said that if those photos are authorized (such as photo in personal websites or already published) there's no problem but if those photos are not published except for example in a school book then that maybe a problem of privacy because this kind of photo remind to their private real life and actual names so it is better to ask before publishing here.
I have seen child photos of, from the top of my head: Traci Lords, Cheyenne Silver, Tania Russof, Julia Chanel, and Eve Angel (Severine). Except for Traci Lords (I simply don't know), in all the above cases the girls themselves published them. Not high school photos though although one Traci Lords pic showed her as member of a swimming team, possibly a high school one. I think the pic was cropped so as not to show the other girls' faces.
I think the difference here is that the pornstars have chosen to make themselves "public figures" by the nature of their work and their public "exposure". I myself as a poster here haven't made that choice so there is a difference in my opinion.People that have made the choice (or even not made the choice) to be a public figure have long been ruled to be "fair game" (see Falwell v. Flynt, US Supreme Court ruling)Paparazzi following you or me and taking pictures all the time would be ruled harassment or stalking because we aren't in the public eye. Them following Tom Cruise snapping all the way is open game for the most part.It's a double standard but one that has been ruled acceptable to most degrees in the US.
A situation occurred like this with the very popular, internet-only chick Tiffany Teen. I know she's not a "pornstar" per se but some dude found her yearbook picture and put it on the web along with her real name, name of her high school, etc.
I guess she wasn't pleased, understandably, and this prompted her leaving the internet-only genre. Or so she said.
At first thought I didn't have a problem with anyone posting a porn star's yearbook picture as long as that's all that is posted. Private information like their real name, place of birth, high school name, etc should not be published without their consent.
But then I thought some more, using a verified picture you can narrow down the list of yearbooks you'd need to search through considerably. All you'd need to find is where they grew up, their birth date and a few yearbooks.
Looking at it from that point of view changed my mind. I don't think those photos should be distributed, not even by the stars.
The star being under age in the photo is another can of worms.
I fail to see how a picture without any sexual content of a person taken when that person was underage, could be a can of worms. I mean, Pamela Anderson showed her high school pics on Oprah and can also be seen fucking on film. Does that compromise Oprah's broadcasting the high school pics? I doubt that.
Enough already. If a pornstar wants to post a picture of themself in their early years or if a similar picture has previously been made public, then it's OK to post it.
However, if someone is going to come her and say, for example, "Here's Porn Star X's graduation picture. I got it from my yearbook" or if a Porn Star posts a photo of her and her high school friends (without their permission), then it's not OK.
Well said, Bill. If any porn babe wants to share photos of themselves when they were younger I'm all for it but if its done against their wishes or even knowledge I think thats definitely going too far.

it's the environment that you're displaying the photo. Showing an underage photo of a pornstar can incorrectly associating a legal sexual woman with her teen innocence.
Not illegal though. Things of this nature can and will happen. It's something these girls should consider before they decide to make the leap into porn.

I'm not sure of what you mean by B- we have different evaluations systems in Europe I guess it means just a little bit over average but i'm not sure

Pornstars are celebrities and photos of them are part of their life. I think the line is dis-appearing where the pornstar doesn't want her high school years exposed...I mean I hear teens are talking about being pornstars and strippers in high school...It's just begining to become mainstream.

That's no good for a mystery babe picture.
Last week I found some baby pictures of a certain porn girl on her own website. They were in the free section too. You are damn lucky they were too small to use them in the mystery babe series.
