The only one I know of is Franco Roccaforte. A few years ago he started appearing in scenes with a much thicker penis (no difference in length but definitely did something to make it much more "girthier"). I'm not sure how he did it, if it was surgery or just some type of silicone injection into his penis, does anyone know? Also why would a pornstar have penis enhancement done if it was fine before, as is the case with Roccaforte who already had an above average sized penis?
