Do you suppose performers would want this stuff known about them?
Getting lyposuction doesn't have the same 'shine' that a boobjob does. You don't often see girls saying "hey twitter fans I'm getting lypo next week!"
And there's a reason for it.
It's still embarrassing for most people.
Now, whether it should be or not is another question, but it is, and as a result I'm going to have to close this thread.
