I've rarely spoken with such a gentleman as I have with Steve Holmes, during our occasional correspondence. He was and still is the only reason I ever started watching porn, purely for the evident love he appears to have for all the women he has worked with, and I have been out to collect as many of his performances as I am financially able.
It stands to reason that all straight men love women (heck, many gay men love them too). Steve is one of my favorite male performers. As mentioned, he seems to really connect with a lot of the females he performs with. That leads to great scenes. I have only seen one or two of the films he has directed, but look forward to seeing more. One of these days, I am going to have to track down Papa Holmes' Little Girls on ADM. manuel is a good looking guy, has a heckuva tool, and seems very passionate, but for me he's just too brusque, and unquestionably gets carried away at times. like too many white guys at the top of the pyramid, the default setting for his hips is "jackhammer on warp speed", and very seldom do the chicks he's balling seem to sustain enjoyment, espesh when he goes that direction. he's a good performer, and I'm always optimistic before seeing him in a scene, but I'm almost always left no better than ambivalent.
