I also do not know of any scenes focusing on pot belly women, there was a time when pot bellied pigs were very trendy to have as pets, maybe during that era, some pot bellied pigs were used in movies.

If you mean pregnant girls when you refer to "pot belly" girls then there are several series (albeit low quality) such as "Barefoot and Pregnant", "Labor of Love", etc. When I hear the term "pot belly" as it relates to women I'm always reminded of the scene in "Pulp Fiction" with Bruce Willis and his girlfriend where she goes on and on about wanting a pot belly, thinking it would be so wonderful, etc. -- of course she is hinting to Bruce that she wants to become pregnant.
