I think that shooting while the performers are stoned could get a company in legal trouble. If a girl is impaired, she wouldn't be able to give proper consent. Of course, it happens anyway. But the girls who use tend to burn out eventually. Just look at Penny Flame. But in the wake of Stagliano's obscenity prosecution, companies ought to be reticent about attracting any undue attention.
