I go to sleep without having made any changes to the program or my system (that I can remember at any rate). I wake up and suddenly PowerDVD isn't taking screen captures right. The captures are the correct dimensions but instead of an image they're solid green. I've tried taking captures from a number of DVDs, including ones that worked only hours ago but I'm still just getting green. Reinstalling hasn't helped. Any ideas or suggestions? [Link] |

It happened to me the other day too and I could've swore I didn't have any problems before with it? It could be that only certain dvd's have this problem? [Link] |

If you have that menu tab that's a fairly good indication you can take screen captures I can provide a screenshot of what that looks like on my computer if you like. Alternatively, press 'C' while you're watching a DVD and check your clipboard (copying to clipboard is the default setting). If neither of those work then you probably don't have a snapshotting function, but I would be very surprised if that was the case! [Link] |
