New customer. Ordered 2 titles from their cheapo range on 27th August. Received confirmation email immediately followed 2 hours later by a notice that the products had been shipped. Arrived this morning in the UK in pristine condition.

Can't rate them highly enough.

Did they include the boxcover with the artwork also? I find their shipping a little too expensive actually.

Nothing but the disc itself was sent. I'm not sure if you can pay extra to get them, not really bothered myself. I'm not too sure how their postage costs measure up, it seems to me if you're buying discounted stuff then the cost of postage is a little less important.

Not even the artwork? I was gonna buy from them but I won't if they won't send the artwork. I mean I need to know which movies I have on my shelf. I can buy the box myself here but not the artwork.

I'm gonna e-mail them to see if they will ship the artwork also.

I've bought 3 Racquel Darrian titles from DV-depot a few months ago but I just found out that the same titles by Movies-by-Mail are cheaper!!!

3 titles of Racquel Darrian (Deep Inside, Uncensored, Young):-

Just received 4 inari vachs dvds. package was postmarked sept 11th, 2003 & received it in asia on sept 20th, 2003 a period of 9 days. real efficient delivery.

did not have to submit c.c. verification (unlike globalflix). very happy with the service. I would highly recommend moviesbymail.com to other users.

only setback was the shipping cost for 1st dvd costs US$ 10.00 & subsequent dvds @ US$ 3.00 each.
