As an occasional bi guy I wondered whether you guys had any tips on preparing for anal sex. I'm not talking so much about stretching the ass hole in readiness but in terms of not eating and cleaning the colon.
My usual routine is usually not to eat the evening before and then use an enema on the morning if I was having sex in the afternoon.
Other people have suggested using a shower head but this has proved too messy and time consuming for me.
Your suggestions would be appreciated.
