Just wanted to stop in. It's been quite some time. Let me address a few things here. Yes I am back. I am shooting for mainstream companies . I have logged over 10 scenes in mainstream thus far. Doing about 4 to 6 a month for the next year. Super excited to be back shooting. I'm hoping that i'll be Avn female performer of the year 2027. That's my goal. After reading comments. I want to address my boobs. I had my fake boobs taken out. I'm also going to say this so you guys don't have to say it; If I could go back in time I would never have gotten them. I had to have the muscle repaired and it was better for my back. No doctor tells you that when you get fake boobs, it messes up the pocket you had before. That being said I am deeply insecure about some of the positions in the way they sit. I am one of many girls in the industry that feel this way and have this issue. However I am willing to share it and continue shooting. So please be gentle with me and enjoy my art. Understand I'm a human and have emotions and not everything can be perfect. I'm also 33 years old. Now functioning after a major major back injury. While, I have squirted three times since my injury, I cannot squirt like I used to. I'm not even sure I can do it in porn. the #1 thing is your health adriana, thats what your true fans care about the most. i have heard other performers talk about theyre physical insecurities and i just want you to know as a consumer and fan ive basically never been bothered by what they have said theyre insecure about and 'fans'/social media trolls are the only ones who seem to be.

I always thought she was perfect as she was (and am not a fan of boob jobs in general anyways) so I was glad to learn that she had that reversed but....man...any surgical procedure is gonna have risks and I wish these beautiful women in the industry didn't feel like they have to do this and take on those risks that exist from surgery. In the end they make the decision to do it for whatever reason (maybe they just want bigger boobs for themselves rather than for the camera and more earning power) but still - they need to understand the issues and decide if it is even worth it risk-wise. Not trying to put anyone down who does it, or tell folks what to do with their bodies but think it through. Surgery of any kind (especially cosmetic) shouldn't be on your bucket list IMO. Moving on.
Glad you are back Adriana, we've missed you and appreciate your awesome work - no, let's call it art like you said, because that is what it is! Your porn persona definitely comes across like you enjoy it and not just going through the motions and I at least think that is a very attractive thing that you bring to your scenes. That being said you are now 33 and your body took on a big injury already - don't overdo it or assume you can do everything you used to do on camera. Be yourself but listen to your body. And ignore any meanies and don't take that stuff to heart.

Yes, unfortunately I can't catch a break. Sometimes my body is not very happy with me.I had gallstones. I was in and out of the hospital four times before finally receiving removal surgery.
