One of the great things about Adriana is she was so natural, no implants, no facial surgeries, and no tattoos. From what I understand, after the injection the lips can be swollen for one to two weeks. After that they calm down and look more normal. So maybe the above photo was taken right after she had it done? I don't know. I agree with the general sentiment though: she didn't need to mess with perfection.
