Most of them can do a moderately decent job of faking it but that's because they don't have a camera constantly in their face capturing all of their reactions and can rely on moaning and what not to simulate enjoyment but you are asking for scenes requiring that the women be able to look happy with a camera in their face and that may be impossible for most performers. My theory as to why women in older porn look happier than their more modern counterpart is simply because those women of bygone years didn't have porn sex for close to an hour(or longer). I mean your average sex scene was probably under 30 minutes so that would be less taxing on the body in general. They didn't shoot as many sex scenes so they could rest a lot more than most performers have had since the 90's. Another reason is that porn in those days was filmed on celluloid film so it was paramount that their be as few takes as possible to save money so if a sex scene was under 30 minutes than I'm willing to be that there was less than an hours worth of film to edit down to 30 minutes or less. Finally the kind of sex scenes that was normally filmed in those days was significantly less extreme than what came afterwards so women didn't have to suffer through a huge dicked guy pile driving them for 20 minute straight be it in the pussy or the ass.
