Without getting into the bits and bytes of how the price search is implemented it's easiest to say that we work directly with each of the stores and update pricing at least once per day during the week. (The stores don't change prices on the weekends.)
We receive our info from the stores in various forms. If they don't provide us with the data then it is not reflected in the price search.
