Like previous Michael Ninn tiles "Latex" and "Sex", it was weird. But what's there to understand? Fast forward, fast forward, oh sex scene, Play...sex scene over, FF, FF, next sex scene, Play, etc... what's the problem?
As far as the DVD release date is concerned. Private doesn't have a release date for it yet on their site. They have other DVD's with a late October US release date listed, so my guess is that this won't be available at least until November.
I had EXTREMELY high hopes for this film. Ninn is one of my favorite directors, and Private is one of the best studios, throw in a cavalcade of talented starlets it has to be a winner right? To be honest I was a little disappointed, because I was expecting so much more. That said "Perfect" may not be perfect, but it is still a very solid piece of pornographic entertainment, full of beautiful women. The production values are up to Ninn's usually high standards, maybe even better. I am glad to see him embracing the widescreen format. (we are all going to have to get used to this soon with HDTV around the corner) There are some great performances, some hot sex, and great girls, but I was surprised, by how much I did use the fast forward button, because it usually doesn't get used much when I'm watching a Ninn film. Overall it is good, but it is not Ninn's best by a long shot.
As far as I'm concerned, this movie is a MUST HAVE because Tina Tyler's in it . I read somewhere that this movie contains your final sex scene as a performer, Tina . Is that true, or does that honor belong to your solo scene in GOING DOWN ? A DVD/VHS containing such a milestone would immediately be elevated to COLLECTOR'S EDITION status, IMHO .
Thanks to all who posted a reply. I too was looking to the first feature from the Private/Ninn union, but none of the reviews I've read have been "glowing". Someone even referred to it as the Glitter of porn. Ouch. For those who have seen it - does MN still use his trademark opening credit sequence that also serves as a trailer? Thanks again. DB
Perfect is one of my last few performances. Because I retired without doing "the final scene", I'm really not sure which scene ended up being THE last one.

I was only on the set for a short while to do my part in the movie and have yet to see the finished product, so I doubt I can be of much help explaination wise.
