| charlie Member uk 450 Posts 4/00 | Posted - Feb 13 2002 : 3:26AM I have ordered from Empire many times using USPS Air Mail as the shipping method and on average it takes under 1 week to arrive. 12 weeks is the time Empire have to wait before any lost/missing orders can be investigated with USPS. If you go for FedEx you pay the premium but tracking comes as standard. I have no hesitation recommending Empire from my personal experience. This Private sale is too good to miss. [Link] |

It may be worth clarifying the situation with Customer service. I always limit my orders to 2 or 3 dvd's per order anyway not only for Duty reasons but just incase the order goes missing and I lose the lot. [Link] |
