Probiller-billing-managed sites are fine overall. The only bad feedback I have regarding them is the use of the "VIP membership". The VIP membership requires you to manually contact to get it removed and then you still need to cancel from the site again for the original membership. If you're happy to stream videos, you will be fine. Some sites don't charge for VIP, but it appears most Probiller do such as Twistys, DigitalPlayground, Mofos etc.
My personal preference is EPOCH for billing, very easy to search up your card details and email, then you can cancel with a click of a button.
