| Mchatruc Member 149 Posts 6/13 | Hi guys, I'm trying to download some movies, and some downloads end in error. Some details about the downloads that break up 1) They all break down at exactly 4.29 GB. in other words: if the file is less than 4.29 it downloads great; otherwise, it DLs until 4.29 GB and then just dies (technically, it claims that the DL is still going, but after an hour or so of not moving forward, it outputs an error message). Obviously, this is an issue mostly with the big files (like Jules Jordan 4K stuff) but since I'm paying for good quality downloads it's nice to be able to get them :) 2) I tried all big 3 browsers (safari, chrome, firefox) and it's the same deal in all 3. I don't think this is a browser problem. 3) When using firefox I tried the "down them all" manager, as suggested by a user in another thread, but I get the message error "file access error" or "410 error" on the big files. 4) This all happens with the computer not idle, and it has happened with the wifi turned off (and getting my internet through ethernet). Any ideas on what else to try? Thanks! [Link] |
