Hi

I've been trying to buy Manyvids content for a while now, but i keep getting declined, even though i have the money.

Is there something i'm doing wrong? I can buy content everywhere else,apart from MV.

I suggest you reach out to their Customer Support, who I have found to be responsive. I have no problem buying MV content.

yesterday i logged on to purchase some of my saved\like videos and it was all glitchy. it said showing all 300 plus videos in my Wishlist yet it would only show a dozen or so. there was no scroll option and when i went down to the bottom of the page no more would load\appear. i was disappointed but maybe chalking this up to a design update glitch. the website does look slightly different than it did last week.

^ Yep, they have been redesigning the site in stages over the last several months. There was a major overhaul last week, and some clip stores seem to randomly throw 404 errors on occasion, but I haven't noticed any problems apart from that. I have probably bought at least a half-dozen vids a week on MV, for several years at this point, and have never had problems with payments going through...
