| Bandit One Deactivated User No Place That Far 612 Posts 9/02 | Just got my DVD copy of Jules Jordan's "ONCE YOU GO BLACK...," which was brand new and factory sealed, and am having problems playing it in a Sony Dream Theater System DVD player. The disc's info surface is not scratched, and I mention the player model/type because I want everyone to understand that it would be difficult to "upgrade." A while back I had problems, like many others, with the initial run of the FLESH HUNTER 2 DVD. The problem seemed to stem from the dual layer transition which apparently occurs during the Jeanie Rivers scene. The picture skipped, froze, and simply stopped playing during that particular scene and continued throughout the Alexa Rae scene. I contacted EVIL ANGEL and Tricia D., GOD bless Her, went above and beyond the call of duty to help. I eventually got a good playable copy of FH2. Soon thereafter I purchased the FLESH HUNTER 3 DVD, and also had problems with playability right after the dual layer transfer- problems include skipping, the picture freezes, and if you go directly to the chapters around the problem the disc refuses to play. This problem occurs during the Austin Orielly scene and continues throughout the next scene with Gauge. The problems with the "ONCE YOU GO BLACK..." disc is similar to the problems with the initial FH2 run, and MY problems with MY copy of FH3- "skipping and freezing" begins at the dual layer transfer- Which incidentally occurs about 2 minutes into the Alexa Rae scene- and continues throughout. I own 20 other Evil Angel titles that I have never had a problem with- along with about 80 other assorted adult titles from Red Light District, DVSX, Kick Ass, Anabolic/Diabolic, WCP, Private, etc., and haven't had any kind of problems like this with any of them. Is anybody else having these kinds of problems with the titles FH3 or ONCE YOU GO BLACK- or for that matter any other EVIL ANGEL DVD's? Would anyone else happen to own a SONY DREAM THEATER SYSTEM, and are they having any problems with it? I apologize for this post being so long, but I just wanted to figure out once and for all if there's something up with my player and Dual Layer discs- or if there's something wrong with EA Discs. They put out such great stuff, it's frustrating to have this keep happening. Thanks for your time, MIDNIGHT MAX
