I was selling some DVDs over there and I realized that I hadn't received any offers in over 6 weeks. I log in and I realize I have about 5 orders unfilled. So while i'm trying to get that shit straightened out, i can't ever get logged on. I don't know if my account has been suspended or what. I cna't get an answer out of them at all.

Not fulfilling 5 orders is grounds for having your account suspended. I am confused how you were able to log in to realize that you had 5 orders not fulfilled, but then couldn't log in.
We made several attempts to contact you regarding this matter. Our customer service manager emailed you on 4/16 and again on 4/20. We normally suspend accounts for no response after 2 days, but we gave you 4.
Considering there was no communication from you, lack of feedback on your account, and 5 customers who were demanding a refund... there was no other logical option.
We feel our decision was in the best interest of the ADM community.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I received an email from erin on the 16th. I received nothing on the 20th, or anything for any of my other orders going back about 5 weeks. I contacted the buyer referred to in erin's email of the 16th, but I forgot to cc her so that's my fault.
So how can I get the money I have for the orders I've filled?

regarding the notifications, I have missed an email here or there, but I chocked that up to the "wonderful world of computers". Ever since I changed my email addy to yahoo & double checking my spam folder, haven't had a problem since.

Adultdvdmarketplace.com is by far my favorite adult store. I do 99% of my business with them and will continue to do so. I get the best prices with them, and on the few occasions that I've had a slight problem with a seller, adultdvdmarketplace.com stepped in and had the problem corrected.
