Unfortunately, this happens a lot with titles that porn producers don't expect high volume sales on. The only good thing you can say about getting one of these is that it is better than nothing.

Access data from older sessions, access data that your OS (e.g. Windows) does not see or hides from you etc. Using IsoBuster, you will more-than-likely be able to extract the files you need from the corrupted DVD, and be able to burn your own new DVD that will work properly. You shouldn't "have" to do this, but, unfortunately, this is where we wind-up with poorly-produced commercial optical media. I've rescued and re-burned at least half-a-dozen DVDs this way. A pain-in-the-ass, but we really do want to watch our favorite porn (and, it's always the scene you bought the DVD for in the first place that's fucked-up -- usually during the cumshot). ROFL To determine what files you need, insert your DVD and look into the "VIDEO_TS" folder. These are the files needed for a working DVD. You probably won't find any other files on the DVD. But, even if you do, they are not needed to create a video DVD. Often, any "other" files might contain a software video player (which may try to install itself when you insert the DVD), catalogs, thumbnail pics relating to things other than the actual movie, etc. Trust me, if you're going to go through all the trouble of recovering, recreating and burning a new playable DVD, you don't want any of these extra files on the new disk. The "VIDEO_TS" folder contains everything needed for the actual movie and all its extras. Here's what I suggest: (1) I assume you have software for burning DVDs (like Nero). (2) Create a folder on your computer, and name it Caballero or something. (3) Insert the original DVD. Locate the VIDEO_TS folder, then copy the files in the folder to the folder you prepared. (Assuming the original DVD is not copy-protected, you should be able to do this.) You may get lucky, and all the files will copy to your hard drive. If not, the file(s) that won't copy are the corrupted files. (4) More than likely, the problem is with authoring of the original disk, and not the actual files on it. (I know this sounds counter-intuitive, but it is often true.) You should be able to burn a new DVD from the copy of the VIDEO_TS folder you made on your hard drive. (5) If file recovery is necessary, use IsoBuster to get access to the original files on the original DVD, and copy them to the folder you prepared on your hard drive. You should only have to copy the files you are missing from Step 3. Worst case scenario, you would have to use IsoBuster to recover all the VIDEO_TS files to the folder you prepared on your hard drive. (6) If you don't have the software or expertise to burn a new video DVD from the files you recovered/moved to your hard drive, ADT policy precludes us from telling you how to. But, all is not lost. Assuming you were able to successfully recover/move all the VIDEO_TS files to your hard drive, you should be able to play the movie -- from the folder you created -- and watch it on your computer. For example, PowerDVD has an option called "Open DVD file on hard disk drive." Simply click on that option, then navigate your way to the folder you prepared on your hard drive. Be sure your folder has exactly the same files, titled exactly the same as the original VIDEO_TS folder on the original DVD! Otherwise, it will not work to create a new DVD from, or play on your computer as I described. If you have any further questions, ask. I (we?) will help you as best as I can, within the bounds of respecting ADT's guidelines regarding copying movies. Remember, although we seek to do good (i.e. you certainly have the right to be able to watch the DVD you paid for), others may use what we discuss and reveal to simply make illegal pirate copies of DVDs.
