| Dong Member 136 Posts 8/06 |  Posted - Jul 26 2007 : 9:55PMI joined DDF's Sweet-Models site 3 days ago (July 23rd), and entered my username and password precisely, carefully, and immediately after my transaction went through, yet it wouldn't let me into the Members area. I tried doing a copy/paste of both my username and password from the site's confirmation email and my CCBill page. No luck. So I emailed every support address I could find that was associated with either Sweet-Models or DDF, and I got a response telling me that they were having problems with their server, and to be patient. I'm starting this thread to keep people aprised about how this turns out. It will serve as either a warning to not give this Sweet-Models site your hard-earned money, or else to be prepared for delays due to server problems. More info later. - Dong  [Link] |

For the record, I've got to say, the video quality of what I've downloaded so far (Anabel) is fantastic. (By comparison, I've downloaded hundreds of videos from EroMaxx, and not one of them has zoomed in on sloppy blowjobs as well and as long as this site does. If you send a second email, you get a standard "Reformat your hard drive, reinstall your OS, then learn to type," kind of canned response. Yup, useless. Typically, I find that adult websites don't maintain the kind of uptime or SLA (Service Level Agreements) that commercial websites do. For starters, very few of them have that kind of $$ to invest in the hardware and service. Most go offline for updates, or take their username database offline at different times. The more popular ones seem to be more reliable and professional about it, but it's porn...I guess they just don't see themselves as needing to BE that professional about a web presence in the first place. It would be nice to get automated emails as a member that tells me of server up/downtimes, backups, etc. Is that really so much to ask for my $30 a month? The good ones, I stick with. The bad ones...they get my money for a month, I download everything I can and then cancel. [Link] |
