I'm thinking of a Playboy Playmate or Special Editions model, or someone else whose name would generate higher sales than normal. I'm assuming you'd receive additional revenue from increased sales, but the talent would also require additional expenditures. I'd be willing to bet that more than a few such models have no strong moral reseverations against doing porn, but they're pulling down enough from other gigs (legal or not) that such a move isn't necessary, and that producers can't or won't meet their threshold out of profitability concerns. I know that each model would have her own threshold, but I'm curious as to what that threshold might be, and what sort of additional sales might be required to meet it. I remember Playmate Tanya Beyer was on the verge of shooting some scenes for John T. Bone a long while ago ... that would have been nice. [Link] |
