It's actually quite disappointing that this could be it's own thread but in the past few months I've noticed quite a lot of production/editing mistakes in scenes that I've watched. Whether it be hearing the directors voice in scenes or leaving in mistakes, I don't know why but it really takes me out of the scene. To quote the incomparable Mike Patton "it shouldn't bother me, but it does".

Alma Step-Mater w/Coco Lovelock, Dana Vespoli & Charlie Forde for Girlsway. @26:38 you can hear the voice of, I assume, Siouxsie (one of the directors) saying action just before they start a take.

Secret Lesbian Diaries 14 Scene 1 w/Summer Hart & Madison Morgan for Girlfriends Films. @1:54, when Summer is doing the voiceover reading the diary she majorly flubs her lines and they KEPT IT IN! Surely they would have had countless tries to get it right yet they made that mistake, I've never seen anything like it.

Lesbian Hotwives Scene 4-Trying Her Out w/Jazlyn Ray & London River for Sweetheart Video. @3:42 you can hear the director say "don't give up on the kissing" and Jazlyn says "we won't"

Lesbian Beauties 22: Interracial Scene 1-Takes one to Know one w/Anna Claire Clouds & Hazel Grace for Sweetheart Video. @11:38 Anna says "tell me when" and the director says "whenever you want".

I'm sure there are others but those are the few I can remember. Don't get me wrong, I do not blame the performers, I blame the editors and the directors, it just shows carelessness I think.
