My criteria: 1. Must be "true" POV. That means the guy holding the camera is the one doing the fucking/getting his dick sucked. 2. Does not focus exclusively on closeups. Occasional closeups are okay, and even encouraged. But the majority of the action should stay as a medium shot where we can see the girls whole body and face. ITs also cool to go out way long so we can see the surroundings. Note Lex Steele and especially Sean Michaels fail this test misarabely. Also, the recent POV flick "I Spy POV" suffers from too many closeup angles. 3. Camera stays steady and CENTERED. No odd side angles or weird oreintations of the camera. The girl should always be in the center of the frame. Nothing annoys me more than doggie or cowgirl where the girls butt is not completely in the center of the frame. I have no idea why some POV shooters want to move to the side to catch this action. [Link] |

I had to play it on my PS2, and the picture is not very good on the PS2 because I don't have a great cable setup. According to the studios listed here the series changed from New Sensations on #1 to Digital Sin on #2 and #3. I have other Digital Sin movies that play on my DVD player, so I don't know. The only other studio that I had this problem with is Vertigo. I haven't seen #3 because of my problem with #2, but damn, #1 was outstanding! [Link] |

Otherwise it suffered from the problems discussed in this thread--too much close-up, weird angles, etc. I will give the producers credit, though, for trying to get SOME screentime devoted to medium-range shots (her face and the action at the same time) in each position. Of course I've always thought Rodney Moore was overrated, mainly because his POV views were way more close-up or panning back & forth than medium-range. I will concede the value of some close-up shots, but IMO it is pointless to mainly show only the girl's face or only her ass in the camera's view. [Link] |
