I know it might seem that way but you're wrong. For many reasons.
1st there is already a genre of prosthetic black penis porn, and they're all 15 inch+, but it's so painful obvious, they have to wear pants to cover up straps

I've had some experience in porn industry a while back so I can attest to this. Additionally me and wife work in the medical field, and when I was in the US I've seen my share of pornstars in the ER.
To put it plainly sickle cell anemia is genetic and predominantly in the black population. So be grateful you're not as big as them as they have other health issues to worry about.
But that doesn't support your conspiracy theory. If anything, stoneblade's comment about medical abnormalities is evidence that refutes your theory (albeit not 100% conclusively) so by affirming him you are contradicting yourself in your opening post suggesting there is an industry-wide conspiracy to mislead consumers about the size of black male performer's genitals.

I could be wrong but this is my thoughts. I think camera angle wide lenses etc help. But I am under the assumption that a lot of them have penis implants. Now the procedure called penuma can make your flacid and erect penis grow up to 1-2 inches 2 inches nearly being 5cm.
