How can this website exist? It seems like everything they do on there is very illegal, yet they still have hundreds of videos out and more coming.. Is it all just elaborately faked or have they just passed unnoticed by the law for all this time? Topic Moved by - astroknight on Mar 15 2011
i can´t say i know all their locations but they seem to shot a lot in europe and inside their basement. And i don´t see any problem when they shoot in a pornstore with people who are ok with whats comming abd have closed their doors for unwanted visitors. Cube
A large part of their content is filmed indoor so no laws are broken and most if not all the outdoor content is fiolmed overseas and I suspect many of their laws are differrent than in North America.
During a podcast, Dana DeArmond talked about a shoot for PD in a San Francisco convenience store; PD had the owner's permission and it was fine. For outside shoots, I'm sure PD is more discreet than it seems in the clips, or they find places where they know they can get away with it.
Ok here's an example: That Jynx Maze scene, in a bar.. Was that a real, public bar that they asked permission to shoot the scene in with normal people, or was it an actual set and were the people there actors?

I don't know about the Jynx scene specifically, but a number of the scenes have been shot at recognizable, real bars in San Francisco and Oakland. I'm curious about what the arrangements are between Kink and the bars, and what steps the bars take to safeguard their liquor licenses (it is my general impression that California establishments that serve alcohol aren't allowed to have "lewd conduct" going on [i.e., full-nude dancers, etc.], but I don't really know for sure). Maybe Princess Donna will see this and chime in.
I think it's safe to assume that in the bars, in the porn shop and yes, on the bus they are all paid "performers". Maybe not professional actors, but they will be make up people, camera operators, runners, tech crew. You can't film people and sell it without their permission. I can't think of any country where having sex on public transport is legal. Children ride public transport, and if there was any chance of them or anyone witnessing something like this, there would be serious legal implications. Jail for the performers and the director and all involved, and the porn company would be dissolved. There is nothing to suggest that the bus is a public bus. I don't know what you know about the laws in countries other than America, but laws about showing genitals in public is not going to be much different.
