Anyway, it does work, and it's not hard to time (and it doesn't hurt) if you know your body, but I use it only when I want to keep going. The thing I've found is that if you press there and stop stimulating your cock, it's fine. If you keep stimulating the cock, you have the sensation of coming without actually ejaculating. You can sort of feel the fluid trying to pass through. It's pretty intense, and it's tough to do, since you want that release SO BAD if you do that. Like I said, it's better if you want to slow it down if you're close. Sometimes when I'm masturbating and really want an intense orgasm, I press down when I'm about to come, which causes it to kind of back up. I keep going and then release it, which results in a very powerful ejaculation. I think this is similar to what Evil_Rip is saying, since you can also accomplish this with your muscle once you know how to use it. Anyway, hope that sheds a little light on the matter.
