(http://www.welt.de/vermischtes/prominente/article12281630/Wie-Carolin-Wosnitza-zu-Sexy-Cora-wurde.html) It seems to me that in this case as in other tragic accidents one mistake added to the other. Here it was in my conclusion of the facts which became known: -Being overly ambitious to make a quick career success, without being sensitive to her own physical limits. -Being married to an overly ambitious husband. -(Probably) having taken diet pills (and maybe other drugs) which could have interfered with the anesthesia. -Being previously rejected by a plastic surgery hospital, which declared that the anatomically possible limit has been reached, which led to the attempt to accomplish the operation in a second class hospital. Even if her dead was the cause of her own misjudgement or inexperience, I´m struck by the fact that it takes a rather desperate mind to decide in that way. So as an insider of the german and american adult entertainment scene, who had an (hopefully) healthy and (undoubtedly) successful career, may I ask you if the industry drives youngsters to such fatal behaviour or was it completely her own fault. Did you by chance, know Cora personally? If you want to and your schedule gives you the time to comment on this I would be very glad. The one thing we have in common is being German but I don't even know the German porn scene at all. During the last 8 years I have only been in Germany on a few occasions for short periods of time to visit family. My life and career has been (apart from a few scenes) here in the U.S. Just let me say in general the porn industry is not a healthy place to be for a young girl but the same could be said about mainstream modeling or the fitness, music or entertainment business. Excessive plastic surgery is risky and it's not the first time a woman has died from complications. I think it's probably an unfortunate sum of circumstances but I wouldn't say her involvement in porn alone is the sole reason - it's probably the combination of different factors (pushy husband, risky repeated surgery, sloppy doctors, drugs, body image issues etc.) And note: this is all but speculation on my part because I don't know her and I don't know what happened. for me personally my breast surgery was a choice I have never regretted. I have myself never had any complications but then again I only had one surgery with relatively small implants. [Link]

The tragedy disappeared fairly quick out of the headlines in Germany. I´ll leave it at the fact the a person died much to early under absolutely unnecessary circumstances. I´m glad you overcame your career and breast surgery healthy and unharmed. (As it seems you dealt with everything in a much more moderate way.) For myself as a consumer I´ll keep in mind that porn workers not only earn money with their occupation but also take physical risks to provide the product. For that reason I´m grateful and bear respect for the performers. [Link]
