She got an offer to do a bukkake movie for the very popular studio MVG back in the 90's and got fired later over it. I'd sure hope she'd expected that to happen.

The movie is called "Countdown Sperm" and was made in the mid-90's I believe. In the movie she re-enacts old scenes from MVG releases such as Fuji No Jin etc. In one part she goes out on the street with a syringe filled with semen and shoots random people in the face with it!

There's also Japanese bukkake that takes place inside a plane. The stewardess gives random passengers BJs and then there is a facial at the very end. It's an entire series from Shuttle-Japan but it's not very good.
