In my opinion it's absolutely worth it, and one of my favorite gonzo flicks ever! As Hardware suggested however, you should read the reviews, or at least check out the screenshots, to help you decide.

Most definitely worth the price. It's one of my favorites as well. A lot of people bought this just to see the final scene with Toni Ribas & April Flowers (in which she does her first on-screen anal) but I thought his first scene with Trinity was much hotter. Check it out.
