The ones they sent out to be reviewd. by the critics and the television stations.. So any way.. Anyone have these? Or are planning to buy them? You have.. or purchase the screeners. I will then send you back the tapes along with the SuperVCDs of the episodes. With he SuperVCDs you can play them in many of the standalone DVD players.. also if you watch them the quality doesn't degrade like when you watch the VHS tapes. here is the link to Compatable DVD Players that do SVCD That is all I ask. Netugy? blondy? luna? just so that everyone knows.. It takes me 12-14 hours per episode to convert to SuperVCD. YOu'd have to do it via VHS dubbing then record it to their VCD.. already you've lost quality via the VHS dubbing process. Also we don't know what type of quality it will produce? like with DVD authoring.. that shit isn't easy!

I haven't seen any of EITHER series (UK or USA) since I don't go in for the pay-TV channels... Seems like the UK series has an excellect buzz, but I've heard plenty of pros-and-cons about the US series. Still, I like Hal Sparks, and ANY mainstream series about a bunch gay guys has my strong interest -- just because it's still pretty rare and touches my life... As joeblow69 says, the cuts that were made to the first 6 episodes for their "R" rating were very slight: a word here, an extra second of ass there... The trimming got mentioned in the press only because it was an unusual move to have the MPAA giving suggestions and officially rating a TV series... Only the first 6 eps were submitted and rated, so all of them after that are "uncensored" by this definition... I really think the eBay sellers are just trying to drum up a demand for something that's practically no different than the broadcast version. [Link] |

Now there is SuperVCD. and now that SVCD is standardized.(at least in asia). I am all for DVD versions of our favorite TV shows! well yeah in a way.. people tape their favorite episodes... uhmm yeah!
