It would be more natural for the guy to keep banging the lady until he can't hold back his cum anymore. And then he would pull out his dick, possibly giving the lady a partial cream-pie, and spray his remaining cum all over her.
Perhaps many porn fans prefer to see the more artificial kind of ejaculation where the guy controls and aims his cum at a specific part of the lady's body, such as her face, her open mouth, her tits, or her ass-cheeks. But I for one would like to see the uncontrolled type of ejaculation too.
There is no good reason why porn action has to be done according to some formula, with a limited number of possible sex acts. Spontaneous, accidental-looking sex acts can look pretty good too. It makes the sex look more realistic. And it adds some entertainment value to the scene. Because such spontaneous-looking sex actions never look exactly the same twice in a row. Which makes them entertaining to watch every time.
