I would actually have guessed that a pornstar would indeed ask more for doing A2M (similar to getting a higher fee for A then straight sex, and for DP over A). But then I would think that A2M is one of those practices you see in recent porn a lot but is probably not something many people (even pornstars) try at home... BTW: I specifically say recent porn because I remember a discussion on rame several years ago (5 or 6 I guess) where there was a discussion about the 1985 Dark Brothers movie 'Between the Cheeks' and the fact that Summer Rose put a dick in her mouth straight from another girls asshole. von_swine Member Dominance & Persecution. 919 Posts 1/04	Posted - Jan 24 2004 : 11:37PM anytime we had a gal doing anal, and or d.p.'s, it was up to me to ask if she would do atm before we got started. if she wanted more cash to do it, she would then be sent over to the producer to try and re-negotiate her rate. the higher end girls, i.e; Ashley Long, Jasmine Lynne,Anna Nova, etc.., all did it w/out hesitation since they were getting full rate. most of that stuff is all sorted out even before the gals get to the set(usually). more often than not, it's just the issue of whether or not she's down for it. It is only when you make a withdrawal from a ATM not your own that you are charged the "fee". I do know you can't just book a girl for a bj scene and then ambush her when she gets there. I'm sure there are some who do that but I'd never be a party to it. So I'm assuming when we book the girl we will describe that it's a 'ThroatGaggers' type shoot. Are girls getting standard bj rates for these shoots or is it more? Click to expand Mutt, The girls in LA are getting a very small premium for a Throat Gaggers type line (which I shot for TG#6 for Jake Malone in November). The key is NOT the extra money, it is the care the director takes in the casting of the girls. This comment isn't directed at you - I know you are a legit and well-established producer and the fact that you asked this question in this way proves you wouldn't do it -but, the biggest mistake a diretor can make is to hide the level of the content he wants to shoot. If the girl is not into what someone wants to push at them on the set one of two things will happen: a) she walks off the set and has to be replaced AND she bad mouths that director; b) she relunctantly gives in and does it because she feels she has no choice and delivers a crummy scene. When Jake Malone approached me about doing Throat Gaggers he first CAREFULLY explained what he did. In fact, after shooting for him I would say that he made it sound worse than it actually was. THEN, he gave me a copy of Throat Gaggers and told me to watch a specific scene (the hardest one he had shot) before he would book me. Which I did. This approach is not only the responsible and good thing to do - it guarantees that you get a girl who a) knows what to expect and b) is ready and up for it. That to me (and I am sure almost all of the girls he books) is more important than the premium rate. If you email me directly, Mutt - I will email you back with the rates that I am normally paid for a BJ and what I got paid for Throat Gaggers (which was a 2 guy blowjob). I didn't ask for much more; I just didn't drop or discount my rate at all. I got my full, top rate. I think it is fair to give a full rate (a top rate) for that kind of scene. But experienced LA porn girls aren't going to try to charge you double the rate or anything ridiculous like that. And, I know that internet rates can vary from movie rates wildly. Michael Stefano and Brandon Iron said the best thing I had ever heard about paying girls what rates. They said their movie budget is $XXX amount of dollars - $50 or $100 more for a girl is a fraction of that budget. If they KNOW they want a girl, they will pay her asking rates (as long as they are within reason, of course) and not argue with her about $100 (which I have had directors with a $50,000 budget do with me!) and try to low-ball her - because they want her to feel good about the scene and REALLY deliver for them, not be pissed off and holding back because they feel they got jipped off. Anyway...enough of that moral rambling...email me personally and I will reply with that exact info for you. As far as what percentage of girls are up for it- I am surprised at some of the girls I am friends with who say they would NEVER shoot for a Throat Gaggers type line. But, there are definitely enough out there who will do it that many of the big studios have a line for it. I guess one of those directors might be in a better place to answer that - but, my read is that you can sustain that line in the LA movie environment. If your goal is shooting just fresh internet girls (which I don't know if that is all you do or not), you might have a harder time finding girls who can really deliver that. I could not have shot Throat Gaggers when I started shooting movies. It took a while for me to develop my skills to that level. I am actually really proud of my scene in Throat Gaggers #6 (Red Light District; Jake Malone). I think I really delivered. 6 months earlier and I could have NEVER done it. Hope that helps! But webmasters blab alot, usually bullshit, and there are guys who claim they're paying girls less - i don't believe them but when you mention that Internet and movie rates can differ - i start wondering again. Internet content biz is cutthroat - webmasters are sharp businessm dudes and will always try to get the most for the least. They're not the problem. It's the desperate and frankly dumbasses who shoot for the Net companies for next to nothing. You have web companies who are making 8 figures, and you have idiots who shoot for them for a $200 payday. Then word gets out that this company is getting scenes for only this much and that becomes the benchmark for everybody. I didn't even know that spanking a girl was extra. But we are responsible people, so we got a job request for a bj site that also wants spanking - i was hoping that a little spanking would be ok but the first girl the customer wanted we checked on and it's $100 extra for that. Which is fine, if that's the way it works then that's cool. Now I have to get more money to cover that. Since almost all the sites we shoot for are porn ingenue/teen/amateur sites we need to shoot the newest girls hopefully before other people do and the girls get overexposed on the Net and on DVDs. That means no price dickering, no reason for new talent to have a discount rate because there's a feeding frenzy for new cute girls. I have always been asked before the scene if it was cool. I have as many as 11 porn chick roomates at a time and none of them have ever asked for more either. For rough blow jobs our rate is slightly higher. I have shot for throat bangers (devils) and gag factor(JM)and in both cases we all knew what we were getting into and we were all paid full rate :) Selena nailed how importnat it is to know what you are walking into!
