Video Team has had its ups and downs with the the Sista series but the "ups" were mostly back in the Wes Emerson days, which have been over for years. Hell, I've been thinking about going into the business just to see if I could prove this point. It just doesn't have to be an all g/g flick either. In hindsight we can see that those series were peaking back in '00 or '01. That said, there was still room for improvement. Thanks to Lezlove Video I've mostly migrated away from mainstream g/g porn. I make an exception here and there -- like with the Girl Crazy that Jonni Darkko directed. But Viv Thomas and Girlfriends Video, to name just two examples, are really good at what they produce. I've given up some of the "hard" aspect for more natural eroticism. It's a tradeoff I can live with. But there are even fewer black performers than in mainstream porn. Let's hope that changes.
