I know of a few ways to get rid of stretch marks, because I had them (I am female). I used retin A and light chemical peels and after about a year, the marks were gone. Her problem might be more serious because her stretch marks were from giving birth. I think that if she got a tummy tuck, plus used a skin cream regiment, over time, she could get rid of the scarring. It just takes time. [Link]
