The best seen in the video is Julia Ann with Tommy Gunn. Hands down. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a Nica Noelle feature with any anal, but I haven't seen them all (yet).
Yes, we have anal! Watch "The Deviant" starring Manuel Ferrara, where he has two anal scenes, one with Kylie Ireland and one with Dana Dearmond. But you're right, we haven't done it lately. And that's mostly because I don't hear a big demand for it with our stuff. I don't really know why. It may be that we're appealing to mostly a "vaginal" audience. You guys tell me! ;-)
^ Unless the performers actually want to do anal, and perhaps more relevantly are not asking for a bigger paycheck for it, then no. As long as you keep capturing real passionate sex I don't mind what the performers do, chances are I'm going to enjoy watching it.

Well, I did say that I hadn't seen them all yet . But I aspire to that lofty goal. Here's the thing about anal and your style -- I would say do it if it is natural to the scene. What makes your style of directing work for me is that the sex on the screen appears to be a natural progression of what the people in the scene want to have happen. If anal is a part of that, cool. But don't put it in (no pun intended) just so you can have an anal scene in a video. It's not about the orifice, it's about what's happening between the ears of the performers; when that works, it really makes a difference.
mstrhole, that's interesting -- that's what we did with Dana Dearmond and Manuel. We hadn't booked that as an anal scene. They just decided to do it, so we obviously accommodated them and adjusted Dana's rate after the scene. I agree that there should be more spontanaiety in porn, where things happen because the performers are feeling them, not because they do or don't need the money.
