Well it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Good hygiene means good attention. Bad hygiene means bad attention to the area :-) But I guess that most women will think exactly the same about the male part.

Bad hygiene is one of the biggest turn-offs, so discuss this! Or leave as fast as you can.

It has been since high school since a partner allowed me to go down on her while unclean, and even then it was the exception. Most partners then and every one since has stopped me if she wasn't.
