There are many reasons why we don't carry certain studios. One of them is demand. If enough customers request a certain studio or title we make every effort to get that product. That hasn't been the case here.
but you do carry the studio. you do carry sineplex titles. you just haven't carried the most recent ones over the last 6 months or so.
are you saying that demand for sineplex titles suddenly died down so you decided to stop carrying them?
if that is the case it seems strange because sineplex is one of the companies whose titles seem to generate a lot of discussion in this forum. they seem like they are one of the more popular studios and your competition over at xrent gets all the new titles so, evidently they still have demand for sineplex. what do you say to that?
Hope I'm not out of line here but your post sounds a little condescending. The comment about Xrent and the quote "what do you say about that?" aren't really needed. I'm sure Bush knows EXACTLY who there competition is.
Bush doesn't need my defense here but I've always found them very responsive to their customers. Jason did answer your question.

yes, rebel born, you are out of line since this doesn't have anything to do with you. jason did answer the question but could have answered it better. his answer really doesn't make sense to me, which is why i followed up with another question in an attempt to get some clarification.
and, steph, your post makes you sound like an ass-kissing loser. if you have something to say to me, you can address me directly and not refer to me as "some people."
the two of you would be better off just minding your own business. you're not doing bush dvd any favors by speaking on their behalf. trust me.
both questions i asked are legitimate questions. there's nothing "condescending" about any of it. the only thing that sounds condescending is the tone of steph's post when she refers to me as "some people." the implication being that steph is superior to me so she can't address me properly.
it's beyond me why either of you would be offended by my question anyway. in fact, i'm struggling to understand why you would even care at all. again, it's none of your concern.

Poor Gapeape! I feel for you dude. I love Sineplex and Sinsational too and Im also a Bushdvd subscriber. Thought it was my imagination that they aren't releasing any new Sineplex and Sinsational dvds. They have one month left before I switch to Xrent.
Oh Btw, ive been a loyal subscriber for over a year. Rapidreturn is great but when you start cutting out a studio's dvds, thats where I draw the line.

The last movie that you guys managed to put out by Sineplex and Sinsational was released on 05/29/06.
Im definately switching next month if nothing new is released.
Also, if rapid return is eating up funds for new dvds then go back and look at your sales data. Im almost willing to bet that rapid return has hurt your profits. Im not saying that I hate rapid return, but Id rather rent from a larger selection than have the option to get a fast turnaround from a small selection.
