I'm sure this topic has been covered before, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the forum.
I don't possess many dvds or videos at the moment but I am keen to expand my collection, based mostly on your advice and reviews.
My question is this. I believe it is illegal to import 'extreme' hardcore pornography into U.K customs. Does that mean therefore that it is illegal to own hardcore porn in your own house? Do the police moniter all of your credit card transactions? Can they raid your house?
etc etc.
Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'm sure you understand as I'm not the homeowner. I do not want to create any problems for the other tenants, from a legal POV.

I thought as well that average hardcore porn is legal in the U.K. But what about the harder stuff e.g. throat gaggers, golden showers, cream pie, Puaka and GGG titles. Can the police take some kind of action over those genre of titles???

As you are probably aware the BBFC relaxed their stance on porn a few years ago following extensive canvassing of public opinion.
It is also legal to import anything equivalent to that which would likely receive a R18 certificate if it were released here.
Finally, it has never been illegal to own porn films in the UK; it has been illegal to sell/trade or otherwise distribute but never to own.

Of the categories you mention I can't see cream pies being stopped under any circumstances. The other topics could potentially be stopped and seized as they would fall foul under 3 potential categories (watersports, potentially dangerous behaviour (in the BBFCs view) and degradation (behaviour that is degrading, particularly to females, is a no-no with the BBFC). Still, you will not be prosecuted or tracked (as far as I know) they will simply seize them and write you a letter.
