Jules, a few days ago I attempted to join your pay site, but there is a technical glitch with it that prevented me from joining. The credit card I used is VERY well-funded (and it's the only one that I have), and I've used it to join other pay sites before and since with never a problem. Yet, your pay site twice declined it! And I made absolutely sure that ALL of the required information I supplied was complete and accurate. The problem is not with my card (or application), it's with your pay site.

Next, on February 27, 2003, I attempted to contact you privately via your e-mail address at ADT and my e-mail was returned as undeliverable. Then, on either February 27 or 28, I e-mailed your customer service via your pay site to notify them the problems I was having joining your site. As of today, March 4, 2003, I've never received a response.

I understand that your pay site, and its accompanying operations, are brand new. So no one can expect things to be running like a well-oiled machine. Nonetheless, it is important to both you and your prospective customers that things operate a little more smoothly. Just thought I'd let you know what's been going on from my end.

I really didn't want to address these issues to you on a public forum, Jules, but everything else I've tried has failed. I'm doing it this way as a last resort, since my business is with YOU and no one else.

BTW, Jules, does your pay site have still pictures of Stacey and Meme from Trained Teens #1?
