ALL PACKAGES, not just adult and not just upon request. Long ago (the Laserdisc days, if anyone can remember those) we found out the annoying problems customs charges cause and we addressed them then. We have come up with a solution that clears 99.9% of all AIR MAIL packages without customs charges and inspections anywhere in the world. Those of your who order from us have found this out. We do everything possible to get your package to you for what you are charged and avoid any unwanted Taxes or Customs charges. DHL and UPS Express are different stories, customs charges and inspections are pretty much at random, but we still do our best to keep the tax man off your backs. We figured customers would want packages marked lower so rather than hassle with forcing you to request it we took it upon ourselves to just do it across the board. Makes filling out our customs forms a lot easier as well. My advice though is DON'T GET GREEDY when trying to sneek one by on the Customs inspectors. Try to keep the orders smaller, not always 1-2 discs; but if you routinely order 10 discs and they are marked low they will get suspicious. I would say that packages with 3-6 discs would have no problem with our declarations. As Gabriel Nine stated "If ordering fromEurope, there's no need to worry"; this is pretty true. We have had very little problems, other than the occasional sneeky customs/postman lifting a box. We have also had great success with Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asian countries. Another solution is to ask to have a larger order broken down into several smaller shipments. I often find it works out like this anyway, as they don't always have everything in stock immediately. $1.99 a time is no problem, I think. [Link] |

To get the package I had to start a paper-warfare over three month and in worst case you would need a attorney at law to have a chance to get the package. A good shipping method looks like different. DHL is much more reliable and I think when ordering about 10 or more DVDs at one time it is also cheaper, because DHL guarantees the delivery and is able to clear the package at customs lawfully without trouble. In England, attorneys at law are by statute called solicitors. b} In the UK packages are held at the postal sorting office until the fee is paid.c) It's very, very improbable that any dvd from the US warrants seizure because the US and UK have a very similar 'no no list'.Canada on the other hand do sell dvds that may get seized but Lasersedge are a US company.
