Hi all, I was browsing my usual online porn site and found some neat DVD's which I might check, compiling porn from the 70's. However, in the title description I was confused by a mention of "loops". This is how it was stated:

"Only our best loops featuring all girl orgies, rimming and more! With 3 bonus loops!"

Loops are short scenes of a few minutes long, sometimes with a little bit of story to set up the brief sexual encounter. They were designed to be shown in adult arcade machines. Loops originated from "reels" which were limited by the length of 8 or 16mm film reels.

I have fond memories and still love to watch those 1970's gems. All the better if you like a furry bush and blue eye shadow. Generally tame compared to today's Gonzo, but there is some great material out there.

...which were then "looped" around -- their end was attached to their front -- so they played contiuously in the peeps and grindhouses of yore.

I wish there a way to see a sample of the loops before I purchase the DVD, just to be sure I'll be happy with the loops... :(
