Answer 1 - I'm not a female so I can't speak for them, but as a director I'd rather have a guy who can get and stay hard and takes 10 minutes to cum more than a dude who can't achieve/maintain an erection. Answer 2 - I've heard tales of fluffers, but never actually seen one in a typical production (aside from those massive bukkake movies). In my experience, when a guy is hired, it's his job to get/stay hard. That's why he's hired. If he can't do that, he essentially can't do his "job".
